MEET THE TEAM
Ivan
Born in Queensland, I grew up in country SA which gave me the opportunity to complete an apprenticeship at Waikerie with a very diverse range of skills. Bringing this skill set to Adelaide provided opportunities for a diversity of work and a hunger for challenging projects. Now in my late 40s I'm married to Elnora with three children – Mark, Alexandra and Nicholas. Interests include red wine, going bush, 4x4 driving, motorsport and being an active member of Golden Grove Lutheran Church.
Michael
I’m from Christchurch, New Zealand and moved to Adelaide in 2009. I have been in the trade industry for the past eight years and really enjoy my job. Working for Ivan has been great as we take on a lot more variety than your average carpenter which is great as I thirst for knowledge in the building industry. I do a bit of furniture making as a hobby at home which helps perfect my fine carpentry skills. We are fully set up to tackle any task and always put the customers’ needs first, for without you there is no work for us.
Daniel
I'm 19 years old and a second year apprentice carpenter-builder. At age 16 I changed schooling to a trade college to pursue my passion for carpentry. A year after finishing school Ivan offered me the apprenticeship and I haven't looked back. The projects we undertake are great because the large variety of work gives me the opportunity to experience everything in the building industry. Ivan encourages me to do my best and constantly improve my skills to maintain the high standard of work he expects.
